Hold That Thought / Partner Application

From Hold That Thought!'s inception we have received requests from vendors to represent and/or resell our products. After considering many options we've come up with a novel program to allow third parties to profit by reselling Hold That Thought! materials from their own websites, yet not be responsible for maintaining stock, shipping, and other inventory-related headaches.

How it Works

As a partner, you simply provide a product listing of Hold That Thought! materials on your site (with images, if desired). You may list any or all of our products, and there is no time commitment. Should customers decide to purchase one of our products, a "Buy Now!" link directs them to our Checkout page, where they place their orders. Within the link is a code which allows us to track the source of the orders to you, our partner. We handle all necessary customer care including shipping, support, returns, etc. When checkout is complete, a link is provided back to your site so customers may continue shopping.

What We Offer You

As a partner you will receive a 15% commission on all sales originating from your site. Accounting is done monthly. At your private Partner Account Page at the Hold That Thought! website you can view all recent orders originating from your website, and even referrals which did not result in a sale. What We Offer Your Customers

All orders placed through a partner site and shipped to the US or Canada will receive free shipping, thus encouraging buyers to continue to use the site to purchase our materials.

Our Commitment

We realize this partnership program differs from standard wholesale agreements that offer up to 40% off to retailers. Our strong desire to make our materials available to all homeschooling families compels us to keep our prices as affordable as possible, something big wholesale discounts simply would not allow us to do. With no minimum orders, inventory or shipping concerns, we think you'll find our partnership program simple, effective and profitable.

PARTNER AGREEMENT

1) Upon notification of acceptance as a Hold That Thought! Partner, Hold that Thought! ("HTT") authorizes entity applying for partnership ("Applicant") to represent HTT products on its website by providing product information and corresponding link(s) to purchase product(s) at HOLDTHATTHOUGHT.COM.

2) Upon notification of acceptance as a Partner, Applicant agrees:

a) To use only the specific link addresses, advertising copy, and images provided to Applicant by HTT in its representation of HTT products on Applicant's website.
b) That any prices listed for HTT products will be the same as those listed for the products at the Hold that Thought! website.
c) To provide HTT, in a timely manner, Applicant's tax identification number and all pertinent information necessary for filing federal and state tax returns.

3) Upon acceptance of Applicant as a Hold that Thought! Partner and in due consideration of (1) HTT agrees to:

a) Pay Applicant 15% of all single-session sales resulting from "click-throughs" from Applicant's website. Payments shall be made at the end of each month ("Payment Period") and reflect a due diligence accounting of accumulated click-throughs. HTT shall not be liable for lost royalties and/or auxiliary expenses arising from click-throughs and/or sales not recorded due to power outages, server failures, and other reasons beyond its control. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.
b) Offer click-through domestic customers from Applicant's website free shipping with their single-session order.

Additional Terms and Conditions

4) Upon acceptance as a partner, Applicant may represent any, all, or none of Hold that Thought's products at their sole discretion.
5) Upon two weeks' advance notice, either party may terminate this agreement at their sole discretion. Termination of this agreement shall not inure HTT or Applicant of any liabilities previously incurred under its terms. Any royalties due Applicant shall be paid Applicant at the end of the current Payment Period and pursuant to the payment terms enumerated herein.
6) Upon 30 days advance notice, HTT reserves the right to change the royalty percentage due Applicant as described in (3a) above.
7) HTT reserves the right to accept or deny applications for partnership status at HTT's sole discretion.
8) This agreement reflects both parties' entire understanding of the partnership described herein and supersedes any previous agreement, verbal or otherwise.
