Take a wonderful
journey through the United
States and discover interesting facts and record fascinating details. Activities
include outlining and coloring
in each state, then finding key cities and landmarks for each state. You can do a mini-report on each state, which includes six pages with activities on capitals, state birds and flowers, significant events and much more. Using the sheets as a guide, students can gather their information from encyclopedias or state books from the children's section of their local library. They will also be given a list of agencies they can write to for a free travelers packet on the states. In addition to learning about the American landscape students develop both their research and thinking skills.
More importantly worksheets
are designed from a Christian
perspective with
Scriptures and poems that
recognize God as the provider of
all of our bountiful resources.
The sheets come with 320 pages
of engaging activities.
As students create their own
geography notebooks they will be
able to retain and recognize the
geography of the world around
them like never before. |
